29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): On or about January 27, 2017, the points of operation on the following machines were not guarded to prevent employees from having any part of their body in the danger zone during the operating cycle: a. The Mori Seiki #732 Horizontal Mill; b. The Okuma #738 Horizontal Mill; c. The Toyota # 734 Horizontal Mill; the employees were exposed to amputation and laceration hazards. Documentation is required of this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903(d).
