29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i)(C): Where lockout was used for energy control, the periodic inspection did not include a review, between the inspector and each authorized employee, of that employee's responsibilities under the energy control procedure being inspected: a) Production Floor; On or about February 1, 2017 and at times prior thereto the employer exposed employees to potential hazardous energies in that the employer failed to conduct the required review of periodic inspections of the energy control procedures with authorized employees for machinery with multiple energy sources which includes but is not limited to Injection Molding Machines UBE 2000, Nigata 500-1, and UBE 720-1. Employees were required to work on these machines with procedures that they had not reviewed with the inspector annually.
