29 CFR 1910.132(f)(1): The employer did not provide training to each employee who is required by this section to use personal protective equipment: The employer is failing to provide employees with training associated with the wear, use, inspection of, limitations and maintenance of fall protection equipment. The most recent occurrence of this was evident during the inspection of the facility located at 1700 E. Front St. Fremont, NE, where the employer has inadequately trained employees using fall arrest harnesses, lanyards and self-retracting lifelines as means of protection from falling as they work on top of railcars over 13 feet above the ground, opening and closing the lids.
