29 CFR 1926.1207(a): The employer did not provide training to each employee whose work is regulated by this standard, at no cost to the employee, and did not ensure that the employee possessed the understanding, knowledge, and skills necessary for the safe performance of duties assigned under this standard: The employer failed to adequately train each employee performing septic tank aerator and filter system installation and field maintenance warranty services of septic tank systems on the hazards of permit required confined spaces and the skills necessary for the safe performance of assigned duties. Or, In the Alternative: 29 CFR 1910.146(g)(1): The employer did not provide training so that all employees whose work was regulated by 29 CFR 1910.146 (permit required confined spaces) acquired the understanding, knowledge, and skills necessary for the safe performance of the duties assigned under 29 CFR 1910.146: The employer failed to adequately train each employee performing septic tank aerator and filter system installation and field maintenance warranty services of septic tank systems on the hazards of permit required confined spaces and the skills necessary for the safe performance of assigned duties.
