29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in cabinets, boxes, and fittings shall be effectively closed. In the Glue Room, on the Ogden Glue Machine, a machine operator was exposed to an electric shock hazard from an unused opening on the side of the 480 Volt AC electrical disconnect switchbox.
