29 CFR 1910.132(f)(1): The employer did not provide training to each employee who is required by this section to use personal protective equipment: a) On or about September 21, 2016, the employer did not provide Machinist employees in the Machine Shop with training on when cut resistant gloves were required and which types of gloves were required as described in the hazard assessment for PPE regarding Machining Tasks. All provisions of 29 CFR 1910.132(f)(1)(i) through (v) must be covered in personal protective equipment training. Requirements include, but are not limited to the following: 1) When PPE is necessary 2) What PPE is necessary 3) How to properly don, doff, adjust, and wear PPE 4) The limitations of the PPE 5) The proper care, maintenance, useful life and disposal of the PPE
