(a) On August 25, 2016, JW Construction & Plastering, Inc. did not ensure that employees wore safety glasses with side shields when working with Spec Mix Scratch & Brown Stucco. Spec Mix Scratch & Brown Stucco contains Portland cement and can cause eye damage.
