29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: (a) Little David Machine Room 0 Line 4619 - The electrical control box component of the Little David Sealer had a missing fitting approximately 3/4 to 1 inch in diameter which exposed live electrical parts, thereby exposing employees to a shock hazard, observed on or about 8-10-16.
