29 CFR 1926.1101(k)(7)(i): Warning signs that demarcated the regulated area were not provided and displayed at each location where a regulated area was required to be established: a) Highland Hospital, SE 280A Area - On or about 07/26/2016, before work subject to this standard was begun in the SE 280 A, warning signs to demarcate a regulated area were not displayed on the 8th floor where Class II asbestos work was being performed on asbestos containing material which contained up to approximately 39% and 40% asbestos (Chrysotile). NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
