29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1): The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or was required to use the respirator in the workplace: a. 324A Half Acre Rd., Cranbury, NJ - Warehouse receiving docks The employer did not ensure employees were provided a medical evaluation prior to their use of respirators to protect against chemical fumes from product that were damaged and spilled during shipping. Employees engaged in the unloading of hazardous chemicals that included, but was not limited to sulfuric acid, were required to wear half face cartridge respirators when handling damaged boxes of El Diablo sulfuric acid. Violation occurred on or about July 15, 2016
