29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(2)(i): At a multi-employer workplace, the employer did not provide other employers onsite with on-site access to a material safety data sheet for each hazardous chemical the other employer(s)' employees may be exposed to while working: (Construction Reference: 1926.59) a.) Champion Carrier Corporation, 2755 Kirila Blvd. Hermitage, PA 16148, East wall spray booth areas, on or about May 13th, 2016, and times prior thereto: The employer performed spray operations which exhausted spray material/components into the construction work area onsite. The employer did not provide the contractors with on-site access to safety data sheets during all phases of work operations onsite.
