29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use (Agricultural Reference: 1928.21(a)(5)): (a) Egg production, grading and main garage areas - On and before May 3, 2016, the employer did not have safety data sheets in the workplace for the hazardous chemicals in use by employees handling chemicals, including but not limited to, heavy duty alkaline egg washing detergent (corrosive) and nonstick acidic detergent descaler (corrosive).
