29 CFR 1910.215(b)(9): The distance between the abrasive wheel periphery(s) and the adjustable tongue or the end of the safety guard peripheral member at the top exceeded one fourth inch: a) For the facility at 1472 L and R Industrial Blvd., Tarpon Springs, FL, as observed on or about 03/11/2016, a bench grinder was used with gaps between one and two inches between the wheel periphery and the tongue guard.
