29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: a) Stainless Steel Services, 4330 Sepviva Street, Philadelphia, PA - Facility: Employees were not provided information/training on the hazardous chemicals in their work areas. Employees are exposed to chemicals, including but not limited to the following chemicals: -Chromium, Copper, Manganese, Nickel, etc. contained in stainless steel plates that are polished and welded creating dust and fumes, -Argon gas used in welding, -etc., Condition noted on or about February 4, 2016.
