29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i): The employer did not provide adequate training to ensure that the purpose and function of the energy control program was understood by employees: (a) 120 85, LLC, at 10925 E. 120th Ave., Henderson, CO 80524: On and before January 19, 2016, the employer did not provide adequate training to ensure that the purpose and function of the energy control program was understood by employees in that the instructions concerning energy control were general. This condition exposed the employees to the hazards of improper lockout procedures for, but not limited to, the McCloskey Stacker conveyor. This condition resulted in an employee falling approximately 40 feet to the ground below when the conveyor was energized while it was being serviced.
