29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv): Flexible cords and/ or cables were used for purposes prohibited by paragraphs (A) through (F) of 29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv) (a) Throughout the building area: On or about 12/22/2016 and at times thereto, the employer exposed employees to electrical shock and fire hazards, in that; flexible cords being used to power portable tools were running through the ceiling, attached to work benches, and the building structure. Flexible cords were being used as a substitute for fixed wiring.
