29 CFR 1910.219(c)(4)(i): Projecting shaft ends shall present a smooth edge and end and shall not project more than one-half the diameter of the shaft unless guarded by nonrotating caps or safety sleeves: a) Blanching Area, Building PB1, on or about 11-30-2015, the employer failed to provide appropriate guards to protect employees working with and around the horizontal conveyor from contact with the end of the shaft of the conveyor's drive pulley.
