29 CFR 1910.95(l)(1): The employer did not post of copy of 29 CFR 1910.95 in the workplace where exposure was above 85 decibels, based on an eight hour time weighted average: a) Throughout the facility, on or about 1/13/16: A Greenline employee working as a fabricator was exposed 89.93 dBA of noise based on an 8 hour time weighted average for the 342 minutes sampled. A zero increment was included for the 138 minutes not sampled. A copy of the noise standard was not posted in the workplace. b) Throughout the facility, on or about 1/13/16: A Greenline employee working as a fabricator was exposed 87.11 dBA of noise based on an 8 hour time weighted average for the 357 minutes sampled. A zero increment was included for the 83 minutes not sampled. A copy of the noise standard was not posted in the workplace. Abatement certification must be submitted for this item.
