29 CFR 1910.37(b)(6): Each exit sign was not illuminated to a surface value of at least five foot-candles (54 lux) by a reliable light source and be distinctive in color: On or about September 30, 2015: Employees working in the donation center at 4489 Highway 20 SE in Conyers, Georgia, were exposed to smoke inhalation and fire hazards when the exit sign above the rear exit door was not illuminated.
