29 CFR 1910.303(f)(3): The markings required by paragraphs (f)(1) and (f)(2) of 29 CFR 1910.303 were not sufficiently durable to withstand the environment involved: a) Campsite - On or about August 25, 2015 and December 4, 2015, breakers in the 120 Volt, 30 amp field boxes throughout the campsite, including, but not limited to, the PANEL 300 A field box, had markings that were labeled with sharpie marker, and were starting to fade and rub off, which shows these markings were not sufficiently durable to withstand the environment involved, exposing employees to electrical hazards from operating improperly identified circuit breakers.
