29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iii): Employee training did not include the measures employees can take to protect themselves from chemical hazards, including specific procedures to protect employees from exposure to hazardous chemicals, such as appropriate work practices, emergency procedures and personal protective equipment to be used: (Construction Reference: CFR 29 1926.59) (a) Tolley Contracting, LLC: Employees conduct work activities on natural gas lines and equipment, and respond to natural gas leaks, including line ruptures. The employer has not provided employees training on the safe work practices and personal protective equipment needed when responding to natural gas leaks, as determined on August 18, 2015.
