29 CFR 1926.405(g)(2)(iv): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided to prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: a- Building 25, Creekside Way, Burlington Township NJ: A company employee was exposed to electrocution hazards when using an electric circular saw whose flexible cord was not supplied with strain relief. As such, the cord was visibly seen pulling away from the saw. Condition observed on or about 07/16/15.
