29 CFR 1910.178(l)(3)(i)(G): Powered industrial truck operators did not receive initial training on fork and attachment adaptation, operation, and use limitations. (a) Boise Center Operations Yard: On or about July 20, 2015, and at times prior thereto, employees did not receive specific training for a CBI Boom and Instahook, an attachment used on the forks of the truck to move larger loads and/or odd-shaped materials such as, but not limited to, pad mounted transformers throughout the grounds. Note: Abatement certification and supporting documentation ARE required for this item.
