29 CFR 1926.1425(c)(3): The materials were not rigged by a qualified rigger. The employer is failing to protect employees from struck by hazards associated with working near and under suspended loads rigged by unqualified riggers. The most recent occurrence was on or about June 24, 2015 at the job site located near 18th and P Streets in Lincoln, Nebraska where the employer had an employee that did not meet the requirements of a qualified rigger as outlined in this subpart, rigging an 80 foot long #10 rebar with an EEF 2-901 1 synthetic web sling.
