29 CFR 1910.219(e)(3)(i): Vertical or inclined belt(s) were not enclosed by guard(s) conforming to the requirements specified at 29 CFR 1910.219(m) and (o): a) 24483 Sussex Highway, Seaford, DE, Ice bagging machine, Bagging Area, Back of Ice machine 1- On or about May 28, 2015 the employer failed to guard the vertical belt in the ice machine, exposing employees to potential amputation hazards. The employees walk approximately 2 feet from the unguarded belt.
