29 CFR 1926.416(a)(3): The employer did not advise employees of the location of the energized electrical power circuits, the hazards involved, and the protective measure to be taken: On or about April 3, 2015, at 585 Jackson Lake Road, Monticello, Georgia, two employees performing roofing work using an approximately 35-foot tall shingle ladder within three feet of an approximately 30-foot power line of approximately 14,400 volts, were electrocuted when the employer did not instruct the employees of the hazard and how to minimize the hazard.
