29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(D): Flexible cords and cables were used where attached to building surfaces: (a) On or about April 3, 2015, at the above addressed worksite, the flexible cords used for the wiring of the ChemTech PulsaFeeder run in series with the McDonnell & Miller Flow Switch were attached to the overhead piping in the biodiesel storage area and along the wall to the electrical outlet, exposing employees to the hazards of electrical shock/burns and/or fire and explosion.
