29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: (a) Roof Section Over Front Door: Employees was exposed to a fall of 11 feet 5 inches to the ground below while installing siding from the roof of a residence under construction. The employer has not provided employees with training on recognizing fall hazards and on the fall protection requirements, as determined on April 1, 2015.
