Sherman St., Longmont, CO 80501: On and before January 14, 2015, the employer did not ensure that a complete periodic inspection of the 1-Ton and 2-Ton cranes in the production area had had been conducted. The condition exposed employees to the hazard of being struck by heavy loads.
