29 CFR 1910.119(d)(3)(ii): The employer did not document that equipment complies with recognized and generally accepted good engineering practices (RAGAGEP). This violation was most recently observed on or about January 12, 2015, in the Herbicides (Hexazinone) Business Unit at DuPont Plant located in La Porte, Texas, when the employer did not document that atmospheric discharge piping from pressure relief devices on the CHI Condenser Seal Pot and Vacuum Stripper Seal Pot relieved to a safe location and complied with (RAGAGEP) such as the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, Section VIII.
