29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Authorized employee(s) did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation and control: On or about December 9, 2014, the employer did not ensure forging department employees performing die changes and setup of hydraulic and mechanical forging presses and steam powered forging hammers were trained in the methods and means necessary for energy isolation and control. Energy sources include, but are not limited to; electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, steam, and mechanical power.
