Rohr Industries, Inc. 201 Stackpole Street, St. Marys, PA, Production Areas, on or about November 21st, 2014, and times prior thereto: Employees were potentially exposed to hazards including, but not limited to, flying particles, physical hazards, and chemical exposure hazards. The employer did not verify that the required personal protective equipment hazard assessment had been completed for the workplace.
