29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4): Grinding machinery was not used with work rest(s) to support offhand grinding work: a) Adjacent to Keller Area, EP Heller Company, 21-25 Samson Avenue, Madison, NJ 07940. The abrasive wheels on both sides of the pedestal grinder was not provided with work rests to support offhand grinding work. Employee uses grinder for cleanup of oxide from the product. Observed on or about 10/8/2014.
