29 CFR 1910.22(b)(1): Aisles and passageways were not kept clear and in good repair, with no obstruction across or in aisles that could create a hazard. On or about October 8, 2014 and at times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure that floors and passageways were kept in good repair: a. In the foundry on the stairs leading to furnaces G and H, there was a gap between the stairs and elevated floor causing a tripping hazard. b. In the Saw Department, the floors were damaged in the main walkway leading to the saws, causing a tripping hazard.
