29 CFR 1910.134(i)(5)(iii): The compressor did not have suitable in-line air-purifying sorbent beds and filters to further ensure breathing air quality: On or about August 28, 2014, an air compressor did not have suitable in-line air-purifying sorbent beds and filters to further ensure breathing air quality for a Clemco Apollo 600 HP supplied air abrasive blasting respirator used by employees. Employees were exposed to gas, vapor, and dust hazards during abrasive blasting.
