29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): Location: 75-81 Woods Lane, Newtown, CT 06470 A) The walking/working surface along the second floor top plate, with a 17 feet 8 inch fall distance, was not equipped with a fall protection system. B) The walking/working surface along the first floor top plate where employees were installing trusses, with a 13 feet 8 inch fall distance, was not equipped with a fall protection system. C) The 4 foot 3 inch wide by 12 foot 7 inch long floor hole on the first floor with a 9 foot 6 inch fall distance was not equipped with a standard railing and/or a floor hole cover.
