29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(C): Flexible cords and cables were used where run through doorways, windows, or similar openings: On or about February 26, 2014 and at times prior thereto, employees were working on a rig site, Bison Rig #80. The septic pump power cord was pinched between the wall of the containment and its wooden cover. This exposed employees to electrical shock hazards.
