29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5)(i): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the identity of the hazardous chemical contained therein: a) Wash Bay, on or about January 14, 2014 - A plastic tank labeled "Truck soap", a blend of two DyChem solvents Fleet Wash A and S which contained phosphoric acid, sulfuric acid, and hydrofluoric acid; and potassium hydroxide and sodium hydroxide was not labeled or marked with the hazardous chemical identity.
