29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) Five Star International, LLC / 6100 Wattsburg Road, Erie, PA: On or about December 30, 2013 the company did not develop, document, and implement a lockout/tagout procedures tailored to vehicle maintenance and servicing operations. Employees worked on vehicles that included but were not limited to tractor trailer trucks, box trucks, and buses.
