29 CFR 1910.119(h)(3)(i): The contract employer shall assure that each contract employee is trained in the work practices necessary to safely perform his/her job: At the establishment, the employer written Risk Management Program Procedures Manual, RMP-060, Contractors; Revision Date of October 24, 2013 did not include contract employer responsibilities requirements. Employees were exposed to the release of flammable vapors to the atmosphere that can result in fire/explosion hazards leading to injury and death to persons in the workplace. 29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1) requires certification that the abatement of the above violation is complete.
