29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii): (a) Lot 14 Westbury Subdivision, Hurricane, WV: An employee was installing soffit along the eaves of a residential home utilizing a fabricated frame scaffold. The platform the employee was working from was not fully decked, as observed on or about 11/05/2013. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
