29 CFR 1926.403(d)(1): Electric equipment was not firmly secured to the surface on which it was mounted: a) Basement - Employees were using an extension cord plugged into a temporary 2-way electrical outlet that was not mounted and was hanging by its conductors, 110 volt service, on or about 10/18/2013. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
