29 CFR 1910.252(b)(3): Employees exposed to the hazards created by welding, cutting, or brazing operations were not protected by personal protective equipment in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1910.132: (a) For employees working in the welding station at 1070 Technology Drive, Venice, FL 34275, as noted on 09/23/2013. During the welding operations the employee welding was in a t-shirt exposing his arms to molten particles. Employer did not ensure the wear of protective sleeves.
