29 CFR 1910.119(c)(1): The employer did not develop a written plan of action regarding implementation of the employee participation required by 29 CFR 1910.119: a) Enterprise Products Operating, LP at 1250 County Road 69, Rifle, CO 81650: On and before 8/1/13, the employer did not develop a written plan of action regarding implementation of the employee participation in the development of a process safety management plan or process hazard analysis. Front line employees were not involved in the development of the process safety management (PSM) program. This condition exposed employees to natural gas, hydrocarbons, benzene, amine, and other chemical hazards associated with operating a natural gas plant. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
