29 CFR 1910.272(g)(4): The employer did not provide equipment for rescue operations, which was specifically suited for the bin, silo, or tank being entered: (a)Global Harvest Foods Ltd. at 101 West Railroad Ave., Akron, CO 80720: The employer did not provide equipment for rescue, the employees are required to enter the bins for cleaning or other grain movement related activity. This condition exposed the employees to hazards due to the lack of rescue operations suited for this bin.
