1910.269(c): The employer did not ensure that the employee in charge conducted a job briefing with the employees involved before they started the job covering hazards associated with the job, work procedures involved, special precautions, energy source controls, and personal protective equipment requirements: (a) At the worksite, 1100 Capitol, Houston, Texas, on June 20, 2013, the job briefing did not adequately cover personal protective equipment requirements in that employees were not required to wear face shields, fire-resistant pants, and fire-resistant neck protection.
