29 CFR 1910.24(e): Fixed stairs were not installed at angles to the horizontal between 30 degrees and 50 degrees: On or About June 5, 2013, the employer did not ensure that the stairway to the bagging station was angled between 30 and 50 degrees. The calculation of the base angle was approximately sixty-one degrees, exposing employees to a fall hazard of approximately eighty-six inches.
