29 CFR 1915 .71(b) (5): Scaffolds shall be maintained in a safe and secure condition. Any component of the scaffold which is broken burned or otherwise defective were not replaced. a. On or about April 27, 2013, at the above addressed job site, employees were exposed to a fall hazard while walking from a boat to a scaffold.
