29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition. (a) 820 Highway 7 North in Holly Springs, MS - On or about April 30 to May 1, 2013, the dust in the blower room had accumulated on top of a light hanging from the ceiling, ceiling I-beams, ducts, pipes and conduits. (b) 820 Highway 7 North in Holly Springs, MS - On or about April 30 to May 1, 2013, PVC dry blend had accumulated on MTI mixer, cooler, the scale, and on top of the 2nd floor control room. (c) 820 Highway 7 North in Holly Springs, MS - On or about April 30 to May 1, 2013, PVC dry blend had accumulated on the ducts from the material screening and the ducts for blowing the dry blend to the silos.
