29 CFR 1910.1027(e)(2): Regulated areas were not demarcated from the rest of the workplace in any manner that adequately established and alerted employees of the boundaries of the regulated area: (a) AECOM - The employer did not demarcate the regulated area around the sandblast booths for employees who sandblasted military vehicles to alert other employees of the boundaries of the regulated areas. An abrasive blast employee was overexposed to cadmium at a level of 13.1 ug/M3, on or about March 7, 2013. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
